Michael Hird

Michael Hird joined W K Webster in 2018 where he is now a Director and the head of its Recoveries and Cargo Casualty departments, the latter of which deals with general average and salvage claims, amongst other types of claims. Prior to joining W K Webster, Michael spent over 20 years at one of the International Group P&I Clubs dealing with a wide variety of marine losses and casualties, and where he rose to become a Partner and a Head of Claims.
